Acceptance testing clause (contract deliverables – provider-friendly) – clause library

Weagree model clause. Requires delivery inspection and acceptance tests from the customer, against the Specifications in a Statement of Work. Does not allow to reject in case of insignificant non-conformities.

Weagree model clause library clause addressing acceptance testing of contractual deliverables or milestones. Requires ‘acceptance’ for deliverables under an SOW on time.

If the deliverables (milestones) fail to meet the Specifications in the SOW, the *service provider* may suspend performance (which implies a sort of supplier-subjective event of force majeure).
